The Company’s mission is to reduce pipeline installation time while assuring high quality of the final product through the use of modern design technologies and maximum possible transfer of labour costs from the construction site to the factory.
When performing tasks of maximum possible consolidation and aggregation of pipeline systems, the Company’s engineer team makes calculations and develops design of process pipelines using 3D BIM modeling with development of axonometric diagrams and detailed drawings of pipe spools and piping parts. In designing pipelines for existing facilities we use 3D laser scanning of an existing object to create a so-called point cloud of the object and then build a real pipeline model. This eliminates any mismatches during pipeline installation and allows prefabrication of subassemblies as large as possible, thus materially reducing quantity of welding work and labour spent during pipeline installation.
At Client’s request, we design, develop large-unit installation technologies, welding and process monitoring flow charts, manufacture pipeline parts, pieces and supports and perform unit assembly, corrosion prevention treatment, packaging and delivery to the Client’s site.
